If you are any kind of creative, maybe you are eating one of these super foods that are creativity boosters, or you need to eat these to let your creative juices flow like crazy.
1- Whole Grains
Packed with B-vitamins, magnesium, protein, fiber, iron, and phosphorous, whole grains not only increase energy levels but also boost creativity. Increasing the intake of oats, quinoa, and brown rice can help boost short-term memory and enhance concentration.
So, if you are struggling with your creativity, make yourself a bowl of oats and get creating.
