A unique way of knowing yourself

The life we are living is too busy that sometimes we don’t even have time for ourselves. The pet 24/7 routine made us a stranger. We don’t have time to sit with others, talk about their issues. Our lives are revolving around us. This makes a very awkward situation, where even we are not happy. We lost our inner human factor somewhere is this hustle.

From my hectic routine, I took a break and sat down, started thinking about what I am doing, why I am doing, etc. During this exercise, I accidentally saw my sister. She was thinking too deeply and was looking stressed. I asked, “why are you looking soo stressful”? She said, “nothing. You can’t understand”. I took him into trust and asked again that maybe I can solve her problem. She told me that she is worried about her future. After graduation, she didn’t know what to do next in her life. She thought many times but couldn’t be able to define her goals.

I made her calm and suggest some steps which can help her defining goals. I told her about some online courses on “Graphic Designing” because she is good at that. After 2 hours, she was smiling and was happy. She came to me and said, Yes. I have defined my goals. I want to do these things etc.

After doing brainstorming for possible solutions for her, I was quite satisfied. I realized that all my worries and stress went away when I start thinking about other problems. It makes me happier more and more. I was able to do something to maintain the work-life balance of my sister she was struggling with. She was happy and satisfied and I became more happy to see her like that.

We need to think about others issues and problems. In this way, we are satisfying our inner need, for which we are meant for. Small words of kindness and support are nothing for us but they can direct someone’s life. They show them path. And supporting other make you more confident, happier. By relieving my siso stress drag me out from all my stress and worries. So make it a part of your daily routine, to make time for others.
