Employability

This is general knowledge . However the most modern construct is of digital technology and its interaction with jobs and employability for individuals. Technologies like the Web, artificial intelligence and others are removing many white collar jobs through automating systems, such as post and mail. The bigger picture is the impact of this upon the employability of “humans”. I say “humans” as technology in all its glory has removed a large amount of jobs from existence, making humans redundant in many positions and situations, where technology can do jobs better than the people who created them can.
